Our specialist hotel team provides funding for hotels where there is a strategy to add value in locations across the United Kingdom and Ireland, focusing on key tourist, leisure or business destinations. The team is fully dedicated to the hotel sector and is well-known for a personalised, relationship-led approach to create long-term relationships with both existing and new clients, supporting hotel investors, developers, owners and operators.

We will consider leased, franchised, managed, owner operated hotels and hotels under exclusive use government contracts. Bespoke debt finance up to £50m, but if your facility requires additional finance, multi bank club loans or syndicated loans can be arranged.
